Walt talks about his love of aviation from a young age, his service in Vietnam, and his creation of this exceptional charitable organization.Walt started flying when he was a teenager, and became an Army helicopter pilot. While in Vietnam, he was severely injured, and experienced first-hand the loneliness of recuperating in a military hospital far from home. Walt went on to a successful career in banking, and after he retired he conceived the idea of serving injured veterans.
